Most low gloss finished paint surfaces present a challenge for the “Tankslapper” film
when it comes to adhesion. Some semi gloss finishes are okay, but the duller finishes will not work with this film.
You will however get good results with the 3M version of our kits. Please note however that any bodywork that is covered by this high gloss film will look glossy too. For some riders this isn’t a problem; we just want to be sure you know what you’re getting before you order.
